The USS Missouri was built in 1941 in Brooklyn, New York. It was then used by the US Navy until 1999 when it arrived in Oahu and was designated as a memorial and museum. It is a really good look into how a large Naval ship like the USS Missouri operated, and what life on such a miniature city was like.
