Queenstown is known as the adventure capital of the world, because of the outdoors and active nature of it’s residents, who are just over 10,000 permanent residents. Like many cities in the South Island, Queenstown has many visitors during the summer. It’s a beautiful town to visit with lots to do at all times of the year.
