Qibao (七寶) is an ancient town in the middle of Shanghai is a great place to visit to get a sense of what old Chinese style towns look like. If you don’t have time while in Shanghai and you need to feel what life outside this big metropolis is like, then Qibao is the place to go. It’s busy though so be prepared for crowds which makes it tough to get Qibao photos, but use the crowds to your advantage.
