One of the most beautiful and rugged places on the planet, Patagonia is a mountainous region in Southern Argentina and Chile that has some of the most amazing landscapes anywhere on earth. Surprisingly, Patagonia is not really that high above sea level, and doesn’t really get much higher than 350 meters except for the mountain peaks of course, which do go higher than that. The Argentina part of Patagonia covers three prvovinces and is famous for the Los Glaciares national park which has a bunch of glaciers, including the Perito Moreno glacier which is one of the most famous glaciers on Patagonia and the world.
