The Northern coast of Egypt (الساحل الشمالي) is on the Mediterranean, and extends a total distance of just over 1000 kms from Rafah which is the border town with Gaza, to Sallum which is the border town with Libya. The Northern coast of Egypt is full of beautiful beaches, some archaeological and war relics, and lots and lots of good weather. from the mid 90’s onwards, the Northern mediterranean coast of Egypt has undergone a lot of development with tens of coastal resorts being built.
