This tomb was built in 1635 for Allama Afzal Khan who was Mullah of Shiraz. Allama was a poet and a scholar and also served as prime minister for the government of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. this is probably the only example of Persian architecture in Agra.

The tomb today is in very bad shape and in need of a major renovation, the inside however is still interesting as it has kept most of the original colours.
