One of the most beautiful provinces in china in terms of natural beauty, Yunnan is unique in that it mixes a natural setting with Chinese culture and heritage. Because of this, Yunnan is one of the most heavily visited provinces in China in terms of tourism. You can see the awe on the local Chinese tourists' faces when they see the snow mountains or water falls for the first time.

One thing to bear in mind is that admission prices for most of the attractions around Yunnan are extremely expensive compared with the rest of China. On our visit to Yunnan, the total amount we paid on admission fees to most of these attractions ended up being more than the total amount we spent on hotels during this time.
