Sydney

Evidence suggests that the Sydney area was occupied by aboriginals for 40,000 years before the British established a colony there around 1789. It is said that it got it’s name from Lord sydney who was the home secretary of Britain and ordered the establishment of the colony.

Today, sydney is a large metropolitan international city that attracts people from all over the world and has some of the most recognizable landmarks in the world. Namely the Sydney opera house and the harbour bridge.
