Even the Libyans had their fair share of death in the battle of Alamein, they therefore erected their own memorial for their soldiers, quite modest, but, it's the thought that counts, and with all these embargoes and restrictions, it's good that they can afford to think about the past.

Of course, it has to be a mosque, Libyans are Muslims after all.
