The Big Sur - California - USA

About 150 miles South of San Francisco, the Big Sur is a stretch of highway 1 which connects San Francisco with Los Angeles. It is almost unrealistic how beautiful the coast in this part of the world is. This 90 mile drive is one of the most beautiful drives I have ever done. Unfortunately, these 320X200 photos do no do justice to this scenery, but you will get the idea. To really see the beauty you would have to see the larger sized photos or be there yourself.

The Bixby Bridge was built in 1932 and fits nicely in the landscape.
