It is a very cozy, warm, bright, and comfortable basement suite with one bedroom, one living room with a small kitchenette area, as well as a bathroom.

 

  • Private entrance, private bathroom, separate suite from the rest of the house.

  • Queen size bed

  • 19” Television with 60 North American cable channels

  • Wireless high speed internet (802.11 B and G, 54 mbps)

  • Wireless network card and / or a laptop computer are available to use

  • Laundry (washer and dryer)

  • Drawers, closet, hangers, mirrors, wall desk, and dining table with chairs

  • Kitchenette has kettle, toaster, microwave, one heating element, and all the usual pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that you would find in any kitchen. Small mini bar style fridge with a freezer

  • Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer

  • Alarm clock, and CD player / radio

  • Use of a local mobile phone while renting the suite (Pre-paid)

 

The house is located on East 19th Ave in Vancouver close to Renfrew Park. Five minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the skytrain station (metro), you will be in downtown Vancouver in about 20 minutes or in MetroTown (biggest shopping Mall in BC) in about 15 minutes. Other Shopping is also very close. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house.

 

 

The rate for this suite is C$350 per week (C$900/month), payable in advance, We accept Paypal, cash or cheques, no credit cards.
